We dispatch pan-India where the courier can deliver. Charges and ETA appear at checkout or on the quotation. Made-to-order wallpaper and flooring may take longer than stock items. You must give a complete address and a reachable phone number.
Inspect the parcel on delivery. Note damage on the courier POD and photograph unopened packs. Tell us within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns
- Unopened, unused standard catalogue rolls/packs in resaleable condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery if we confirm in writing first. Buyer usually pays return freight unless the item is defective or wrongly shipped.
- Opened rolls, cut lengths, installed material, and custom print / made-to-measure items cannot be returned except for manufacturing defect or material difference from the written description.
- This does not limit remedies under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 for defective or misdescribed goods.
