Terms and conditions for services provided by Elegant Decors.

1. Services
Elegant Decors provides interior design, project management, furniture supply, and related services. All services are subject to a signed agreement and deposit payment before commencement.
2. Payment Terms
- 50% advance payment required to begin design work
- 25% payment due upon design approval
- 25% payment due upon project completion
- All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced
3. Project Timeline
Timelines are estimated and may vary due to material availability, site conditions, or client-requested changes. Elegant Decors will communicate any delays promptly.
4. Design Rights
All design concepts, drawings, and 3D renders created by Elegant Decors remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
5. Warranty
Carpentry and execution work carries a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Natural wear and tear, damage due to misuse, or water damage is not covered.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Faridabad, Haryana.
