Every material is named in your BOQ, so there is no room for a cheaper substitute to quietly appear on site.

Working with a contractor alone leaves a lot to chance. You may not be able to be on-site every day to supervise. You worry about being overcharged or given substandard materials once work begins. You struggle to visualise the finished result from a rough sketch. Our entire process is engineered around these realities. It begins with a free consultation over WhatsApp, phone or video call. You share your space’s floor plan and any reference images you love — or we arrange an on-site measurement visit. Our design team then produces complete space planning and photorealistic 3D renders of every room — living room, bedrooms, modular kitchen, pooja room, dining and more — typically within 7 to 10 working days. You review, request changes, and we revise until you are completely satisfied. Once approved, you receive detailed working drawings, electrical and lighting layouts, exact material and brand specifications, and an itemised BOQ.
