Turnkey means we handle everything — design, procurement, civil work, carpentry, electrical, flooring, furniture and styling — and hand over a fully finished home. You don’t need to manage any contractors or suppliers; we do it all.
How long does a turnkey project take?
A 2BHK turnkey project typically takes 45–60 days. A 3BHK takes 60–75 days. Larger homes or projects requiring extensive civil work take longer. We provide a detailed timeline before project commencement.
Do you provide a warranty on turnkey projects?
Yes — we provide a 1-year service warranty on all workmanship and a 5-year manufacturing warranty on all custom furniture produced in our workshop.
